All residential installations have to do with our client homes. The primary work area in this case would be the roof. All installations are done by our experienced installers who will make sure the job is done correctly. Inspections are conducted at certain time intervals and predetermined checkpoints. These factors are usually governed by the size and complexity of the installation. A city inspector will be informed upon completion to perform the final inspection.

How does it work?

Solar Panels — Conversion of energy generated by the sun to DC power.

Inverter — DC power sent to the inverter gets converted to AC power.

Electrical Panel — AC power is then sent to the electrical panel which distributes power evenly to the entire property.

Utility Meter — Unused power is sent to the utility meter. The meter revolves backwards and measures unused electricity. Electricity fed back to the utility grid will result in credits from the local electric company.

NML (Net Meeting Legislation) states that utility companies must credit customers the retail rates of energy (this is the same price utility companies would charge customers when selling power). This process is also known as time of use.
Note – Not all utility companies have time of use program.

Tax Credits & Rebates

Due to recent government involvement in solar energy, billions of dollars have been invested in the solar energy program.
