Tax Credits
The Federal Government is heavily involved in helping America become energy independent. To encourage homeowners in adopting renewable energy, a 30% Federal Tax Credit is issued to such participants.
Financing
There is financing available for individuals wanting to hold on to cash. In order to qualify for financing, a FICA score of 700 and greater is recommended.

Prepaid Lease Option
You may choose to lease the equipment for 20 years! With this option, the 240 month lease term is prepaid in advance and costs substantially less than owning the equipment.
Monthly Lease Option
This option is great for investors looking to considerably lower monthly electrical spending.
With no money down, this option allows you to hold on to cash and still have the power to go solar!

ORI™ (Optimum Residential Investment)
A unique program available to Solar Optimum customers only. Rather than wait weeks to months to receive the rebate, Solar Optimum will pay for the rebate upon project completion.
This option is only available to Solar Optimum residential customers, it does not apply to commercial and industrial projects.
