How much will the entire project cost?
No two projects are alike. The best and most accurate estimate can be given during an on-site inspection.
What’s the time duration for installation?
Time duration depends on the size of the project. Consultation can be provided per the request of our client.
Does my roof support the weight of the solar panels?
Most roofs can easily handle the weight. To have the proper assurance you would need an engineer or architect to inspect your property’s blue prints and roof layout.
Will the entire cost of my electrical bill be covered by the solar panels?
Yes. Your solar solution must generate as much or more power than your current usage.
How do I know if I have a solar friendly roof?
You will get the most out of your solar solution if your roof is facing south and there are no objects or trees casting shadows over the roof area. For more detailed information call us for an appointment.
How do I know if I have enough space for my desired electricity needs?

Does this investment increase my property value?
YES…!!! You will be looking at an increase of 10 to 15%.
How soon can we start on the installation?
Once all the paperwork is completed a date will be set.
How many years are the solar panels under warranty?
Twenty Five Years.
Must I be present during the inspections?
Not mandatory. It’s up to the client whether they want to be present during the scheduled inspection. A Solar Optimum representative will however be present for the duration of the project.
Can I use my credit card to pay?
Yes.

How much maintenance is needed after the installation?
The solar systems are durable, long lasting and self sufficient. It needs very little maintenance.
Are there any rebates?
We are very happy to say yes!!! The Government is offering major rebates for all solar work that is connected to the grid. The rebates will be coming from both state and federal sources. Combined together these rebates could lower your total cost by more than 70%. Additionally the extended eight year investment tax credit (I.R.C) is also applicable.
Do I have to own my own property?
Yes.
Will I have any electrical shortage while switching from grid to the solar panels?
No. The transition will be seamless and user friendly.
